Nespresso invited customers to an interactive online wine and coffee tasting. More of a ‘Do’-binar than a ‘webinar’.
Webinars use the same technique as webcasts, but the focus is on marketing and conversion. A registration page will also provide specific data on viewing and voting behavior during live and on-demand session. During the live webinar there is often an webcare or moderation team operational that will manage questions. Most questions will be dealt with by one of the moderators, and some will be used as input during the live webinar.
